As a parent myself, I know how difficult it is to chose childcare, so much so, that I decided to stay at home to care for my children. On this page I aim to introduce myself and give you some peace of mind about who I am and what I can offer.
My name is Rebecca Partridge. I grew up in France and moved to the UK in 2003. I am married and have a beautiful little girl born in July 2008. After studying business for 5 years I decided that career was not satisfying me so I returned to college to study childcare. I gained a BTEC National Certificate level 3 in Childcare Learning and Development in 2009 and was awarded a Pediatric First Aid certificate at the same time. Shortly after, I passed the Level 1 of the Cache Home Based Childcare certificate giving me my second qualification. I am also a member of the NCMA and fully insured.
As an ofsted registered childminder I also undertook a number of certified training courses, and others such as jabadeo (music and movement)and healthy cooking and eating amongst others. As children enjoy new activities I endeavor to attend different training courses to stay up to date with the moving times and offer as many new and interesting activities as possible.
I have two years experience working in a private nursery as well as teaching English to French children since the age of 18.
